I’ve been doing supply work for Bay since June and I couldn’t be happier. The flexibility they’ve given to work and to also not work whilst studying is fantastic. Holiday pay has allowed me to get by over the holidays and the range of schools both locally and not so far away has further developed my skills in the classroom.
