Bay Resourcing is the first teaching agency in Wales to obtain the Quality Mark in Education in 2008 and to date is the only teaching agency to have achieved this award from the Welsh Assembly Government four times.

We were the first teaching agency to have been successfully audited in the United Kingdom in 2006 by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). The REC, managed the Quality Mark in Education for the Welsh Assembly Government.
